Why stop smoking?
Smoking is linked as a cause to a wide range of health ailments and diseases. Unfortunately, the habit harms the smoker and the people around them. Smoking around children and babies can make them vulnerable to many smoking-related health problems, causing them ill health from an early age, both mentally and physically.
How many sessions will I need?
We tend to advise 3 hypnotherapy sessions. The first session will include hypnotherapy, but will also include a thorough consultation on understanding your relationship with smoking and what smoking means to you. This is really important to help us both understand your motivation to stop smoking and why you are struggling to stop. This will then give us ammunition for the hypnotherapy you undergo, which is very much tailored to your needs.
The second session will be a longer hypnotherapy session, working on any inner conflicts you may have that may be stopping you from smoking.
The third session will take place about a month or so after your second session, which will be a booster session to keep you going.
