WHAT CREATES WEIGHT GAIN?

Diets are very hard to stick to and to make part of our lifestyle in the long-term.

What you eat and how you eat affects your body weight, and also depends on other factors such as:

HOW WILL HYPNOTHERAPY HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT?

A change in behaviour and the way you think about food is so important to succeed in losing weight.

Over four sessions, we use hypnotherapy and NLP techniques to help you reach the mindset you need to lose weight and focus on changing behaviours.  Your mind will be able to release food cravings and you just won’t want to eat junk food anymore.  We help you build a healthy relationship with food, and with exercise and a healthy programme of eating, you will find that you will see the weight drop off and you will no longer be yo-yo dieting.

The amount of weight you lose is up to you.  It is about losing weight, but the biggest challenge is maintaining the desired weight so you don’t end up back to trying to lose weight again.  This is not a rapid weight loss programme, but will get you down to a manageable weight through the therapy and mindset re-programming, as long it is undertaken alongside regular exercise and eating well.

OUR WEIGHT MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME INCLUDES

 

FOUR 1 TO 1 HYPNOTHERAPY SESSIONS

These sessions are your time to understand your eating habits through questioning and of course hypnosis.  We will help you feel more confident in your own body image and feel happier with yourself.  You will be given homework and mental exercises to do between sessions and we give accountability to stay focused in achieving your goals.

SELF-HYPNOSIS

We provide tailor-made hypnosis Mp3s for you to listen to before your second session.  These will allow you to maintain strength throughout the programme and reinforce all the work done throughout the four sessions.  These will be available for you to keep once the programme is completed.

GUIDE TO EATING WELL

We provide tailor-made hypnosis Mp3s for you to listen to before your second session.  These will allow you to maintain strength throughout the programme and reinforce all the work done throughout the four sessions.  These will be available for you to keep once the programme is completed.
